Knowledge is not power. Knowledge is having the
potential to be powerful if put into action. Imagine having knowledge of the fact
that if you indiscriminately litter the environment, it will pose health
dangers or hazards but you still go ahead to litter the environment for
humanity to face the consequences of your actions. What power is in that
knowledge as you haven't applied it rightly. That knowledge only becomes power
when applied rightly to prevent the health hazards humans might suffer from due
to indiscriminate littering. That is wisdom. Wisdom is the right application of
knowledge in the right situation to produce the right result.
This brings us to the fact that our knowledge,
talents, and abilities are having the potential to make us influential, relevant, and powerful if only we use them rightly. God created you with a talent imbedded
in you but you keep on blaming others for your failure. Have you sat down to
analyze how you have been wasting the talent, ability, idea God gave you by
putting them at the state of rest? You've given those talents and abilities
zero velocity to move. Don't even complain of opportunities since you failed to
create one for yourself. You have the
talent to run and you're are complaining of being powerless in society using your
poor background as an excuse. It is not our fault that we are born into
financially unstable families but it will be our fault if we become financially
unstable and unsuccessful. Your power, pride, and influence lies in your talent,
ability, and idea. And your talent can only make you influential if you ignite
it with the spirit of self-determination, and accelerate it with passion,
perseverance, and hard work to be in motion. It is only when you put your
talent in motion that it has the
potential to make you powerful. No one is born powerless because they have been
given talents and abilities.
“No one can make you feel inferior without
your concern.”
